Context

OpenAI is asking for room to investigate and, “if necessary”, countersue in the lawsuit Apple filed in July accusing it of a “systematic effort” to obtain Apple’s trade secrets; according to the US outlet The Information, OpenAI denies this and an Apple spokesperson says the company has found no evidence for these new allegations.
