How consent works when it applies
When the active site configuration loads analytics or other non-technical cookies, Twin Force will request prior consent in accordance with the current guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-Ce).
- Accept and reject options must appear at the same level and with equivalent visibility in the first layer.
- Optional cookies will only be activated after a clear affirmative action.
- Consent review must not be kept longer than necessary and, as a general reference, should be renewed within a maximum period of 24 months.
