This text replaces the previous terms, designed for apps and digital sales, and is adapted to the actual use of the current Twin Force website as a corporate, services and professional contact site. Twin Force is used here as a trade name.

The owner of this website is Åke Mora Temnerud, holder of Spanish ID (DNI) 43.111.273-G, operating as a sole trader under the trade name Twin Force. You can contact us at contact@twinforce.es and by phone at (+34) 640 60 54 73. Twin Force is currently a trade name and does not by itself identify an operating company as the owner of the site.

Scope and acceptance

By browsing this website you accept these terms of use. Access is informational and professional in nature. It does not in itself constitute the entering into a contract for services or the automatic creation of a commercial relationship.

Permitted use of the site

You undertake to use the website lawfully, without impairing its operation or attempting to access unauthorised areas, systems or data.

Use of the website for unlawful activities, mass spam, abusive scraping or intrusion attempts is not permitted.
Site content must not be used in a way that creates confusion about its origin, authorship or ownership.
Contact forms and emails must be used for legitimate and proportionate purposes.

Intellectual property and content

The design, texts, structure, graphic elements, trademarks and other content of the website belong to the site owner, to Twin Force as a trade name, or are used with authorisation. Reproduction, transformation or distribution beyond legal limits is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

Links, availability and liability

The site owner may link to external resources for informational purposes only. The site owner is not responsible for third-party content and does not guarantee absolute availability, absence of errors or uninterrupted continuity of the site, though reasonable measures will be applied to keep it operational and secure.

Commercial communications and contracting

The website does not currently incorporate an electronic contracting process, checkout or direct purchase. Any commercial proposal will be formalised outside the site. The site owner will not send commercial electronic communications without consent or another valid legal basis under Law 34/2002 (LSSI-Ce) and will provide simple opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms where applicable.

Applicable law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and, in particular, Law 34/2002 (LSSI-Ce), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 and any other applicable consumer or contracting regulations. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts that are competent under the applicable rules, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may protect consumers and users.
